One small dermatology office, opened in Morton, Ill. in 1973, has grown into one of the top skin care facilities in the United States.  The main facility, in Peoria, houses Soderstrom Dermatology Center, Soderstrom Skin Institute for cosmetic plastic surgery, Skin Dimension Day Spa, and Peoria Ambulatory Surgery Center.  In one building, patients are seen for everything from acne to cosmetic plastic surgery procedures. 

Soderstrom Skin Institute continues to grow and expand.  They offer one of the most comprehensive laser treatment programs available.  Their Psoriasis Day Care Center treats psoriasis patients with the most modern techniques, and the Acne Clinic is a specialized treatment center devoted to the care and treatment of patients suffering from various stages of acne.  They also offer Mohs micrographic surgery, an advanced treatment for skin cancer with the highest potential for cure.
